About Us
Cancer care is deeply human, and good decisions emerge from thoughtful, patient-centred collaboration. Parity in the quality of clinical decision-making is our guiding principle, so that where a patient is treated does not determine the quality of reasoning applied to their care.
To deliver on our mission, we provide hospitals with a secure place for clinical intelligence to live, and work alongside clinicians and health systems with responsibility for the care our systems support.
Our systems make cancer care reliable and accessible, supporting equity across diverse and under-resourced settings.
Shaping
The Future
We are helping shape the modernisation of cancer care in two key areas.
1. Real-time clinical intelligence
Real-time clinical intelligence enables continuous risk assessment rather than reliance on fixed decision points. By drawing on multiple clinical signals as they change, it helps align decisions with the care trajectory a patient actually needs—when it matters most.
This marks a shift from static care to dynamic, adaptive decision-making and a meaningful step toward transforming oncology practice.
2. Discovery through collaboration
Discovery through collaboration captures collective clinical intelligence within and across MDTs. By learning from patterns observed across teams and over time, discovery becomes grounded in real-world practice rather than confined to individual institutions.

The impact is discovery that advances oncology practice through collective learning, strengthening care across populations while respecting local clinical judgement.

Our Work
Our work is ultimately focused on achieving parity in the quality of clinical decision-making, for example, ensuring that an MDT reviewing a complex pancreatic cancer case has access to the same structured clinical insight and reasoning support, regardless of geography or resources.
